This committee is in charge of publishing a newsletter and having it
distributed across the province. Working as one of the main three
committees involving communication, this committee will aim to
motivate Circles to do their best by encouraging and congratulating
them as well as giving an insight into our order for others, all in one
publication. This committee will also encourage and help Squires to
