REPORTS TAKE ON A NEW LOOK FOR 2005 / 2006
Look for the first report of this fraternal year to appear here just
after the Camp Workshop Weekend slated for September 16th,
17th, 18, 2005. This year all Committee Chairman Reports will be
posted to the website as downloadable Adobe PDF forms so that
circles can easily access and print them out.

Newsletter Ten Point Program
This ten point program is designed
to help circles develop a committee
which would host a newsletter
within the circle. It is a simple
process that can happen within a
period of a month or between two
general meetings. Any assistance
needed outside of this is readily
available through contact with the
Communciations Committee
Chairman or any other Board
member.
The Chief Squire should include the
topic of a newsletter within the
circle.
Make a motion to pass the idea of
beginning a newsletter within the
circle.
Find a volunteer to chair the
committee and publish the
newsletter.
Throw ideas out as to what people
want to see within the newsletter.
Select a few of the most popular
ideas.
The chairman should ask for a
couple of volunteers to work with
him on this committee.
Assign the research of the
predetermined ideas to each of the
committee members to determine
the potential of each idea.
At the next meeting discuss the
format of the newsletter and items
to be included in it.
Prepare a rough draft for finalizing
and send it to the Committee
Chairman if you would like extra
help.
Produce one issue and then decide
the frequency of its publishing.
